Refund Policy

STANDARD REFUND TERMS

Products and services purchased from H2HOSTY may be refunded only if the cancellation request is submitted within 30 days of the date of the transaction.

Note: Due to their nature, cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets are irreversible and their exchange rates are highly volatile. H2HOSTY cannot assume any responsibility for exchange‐rate or market risk. Products purchased with cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets are not eligible for any refund.

Note: If a customer’s actions violate applicable laws or H2HOSTY’s Terms of Service, any payments made to H2HOSTY will not be refunded.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy, “Date of the transaction” means the date on which H2HOSTY processes purchase or renewal for any product or service. You may cancel at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product (if available at all). Some products have differing refund requirements or are completely ineligible for refunds. Please review the sections below.

PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR REFUND UNDER STANDARD TERMS

A full refund is available—provided the request is made within 30 days of the Date of the Transaction—only for the following H2HOSTY offerings when the billing term is twelve (12) months or longer:

• Shared Hosting (12-month, 24-month, or 36-month plans)

• Cloud Hosting (12-month, 24-month, or 36-month plans)

• Website Builder (12-month, 24-month, or 36-month plans)

• Monthly, quarterly, or any term shorter than 12 months for Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, or Website Builder is not eligible for a 30-day refund.

• Any purchase or renewal made using cryptocurrency is excluded from this policy.

PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUNDS

The following products and services are never refundable, regardless of when a cancellation request is submitted:

• Domain name registration, renewal, or transfer (all TLDs)

• VPS Hosting (all billing cycles)

• RDP Hosting (all billing cycles)

• One-time setup fees for VPS or RDP plans

• Add-on and third-party services (e.g., SSL certificates, premium themes/plugins, managed-WordPress services, control-panel licenses)

• Any monthly (or otherwise shorter-than-12-month) plan for Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Website Builder, VPS, or RDP

• Any renewal fees for VPS, RDP, or any ineligible term

PRODUCTS WITH SPECIAL REFUND TERMS

1. Free Domain Included in Annual or Longer Plans

   • If your eligible Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, or Website Builder plan includes a complimentary domain, the standard retail cost of that free domain will be withheld from any refund.

   • For example, if a 12-month Shared Hosting plan costs ₹8,999 and includes a free .in domain valued at ₹700, then a valid refund requested within 30 days yields:

     • Plan refund: ₹8,999

     • Less domain value: ₹700

     • Net refund issued: ₹8,299

2. Domain Registration Purchased Separately

   • Domain registrations or transfers initiated on their own—even if you cancel them within 30 days—are not refundable.

REFUNDS FOR SPECIAL DEALS

From time to time, H2HOSTY may run promotions such as offering a free domain when you purchase a 12-month, 24-month, or 36-month hosting plan. Under these promotions:

• The free domain is non-refundable (except that its retail value is withheld from any eligible hosting refund).

• You may continue using the domain for the remainder of the billed period if you forfeit the refund amount equal to the domain’s cost.

PAYMENT METHODS WITH SPECIAL REFUND TERMS

• Products purchased using cryptocurrency, tokens, or other digital assets cannot be refunded to the original payment source.

• All other payment methods (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, Paytm, etc.) support full refunds according to this policy.

REFUNDS TO ACCOUNT BALANCE OR ORIGINAL SOURCE

• By default, approved refunds are issued to your H2HOSTY account balance. This allows you to immediately apply those funds toward any other H2HOSTY purchase.

• If you prefer a refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.), please specify this when submitting your request. Bank refunds typically take 5–6 business days to appear in your account.

• Once a refund to H2HOSTY account balance is initiated, it is irrevocable and cannot be transferred back to a payment source.

REFUNDS FROM OVER-FUNDED BALANCE

• If you have an over-funded account balance, you may request a refund of the excess within 30 days of the payment that caused the over-funding.

• In special cases, H2HOSTY may elect to refund a different payment instead of the original one, provided the 30-day window applies to that alternate payment.

CHARGEBACKS

If H2HOSTY receives a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute for any payable fees, this will be treated as a breach of your payment obligations. Consequently:

1. H2HOSTY may immediately suspend or terminate your account and any associated domains or services, without notice.

2. Your account will be blocked from future credit-card checkouts until you:

   • Provide proof of payment (e.g., a simple censored photo of the card showing the first six and last four digits); and

   • Repay all outstanding fees in full, including any chargeback fees incurred by H2HOSTY or its payment processor.

3. Any attempt to abuse the chargeback process (e.g., fraud, repetitive purchase-and-refund cycles) will result in permanent service termination and potential legal action.

If you have questions or concerns regarding a chargeback, please contact H2HOSTY Support before filing a dispute to avoid service interruption and additional fees. H2HOSTY reserves the right to challenge any disputed charge by providing documentation to the issuing bank.

EFFECTIVE DATE & CHANGES

This Refund Policy supersedes all prior versions and is effective as of June 3, 2025. H2HOSTY reserves the right to revise or update these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting at h2hosty.in/legal/refund-policy. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
